ULTRA LOUNGE
I'm not really sure if these albums are restored treasures of music forgotten or just an irrepressible guilty pleasure-- Maybe a little of both, perhaps? Ultra Lounge is a series of groovy retro discs with now over a dozen themed compilations of swanky, groovy, kitschy, jazzy sounds that make us have to seriously question the notion that heavy drug use indeed began in the 60's and not the 50's from which many of these recordings are from. Take a listen for yourself, but watch out, they're addictive; I'm up to half a dozen volumes-- One of those being the one and only Christmas album I own. How could I resist the "Rudolph the Rednose Reindeer Mambo"? I'm only human! [Or so is commonly believed.]

He has a good singing voice, however, I could take him much more seriously if his career didn't seem to revolve so much around his gyrating naked torso.
